CREW Network Foundation…Your Foundation is committed to supporting CREW Network in advancing the success of women in commercial real estate through charitable, philanthropic, and education programs. CREW Network is now 8000 strong and growing. Just imagine what we could accomplish if every one of us were to contribute even $100 dollars to CREW Network Foundation to further the national philanthropic work of CREW Network. CREW Network offers scholarships to collegiate women enrolled in commercial real estate programs at accredited universities. In 2009, three Georgia students were awarded $30,000 scholarships from the CREW Network Foundation, which grants only ten scholarships nationwide each year. We asked one of the 2008 scholarship recipients to let us know what it meant to her to win this scholarship. She said, in part: “…First I got to participate in the CREW convention in Houston, where I not only met the CREW board of directors. . . . It was the first time that I felt from members of an organization such a genuine desire to help each other achieve their career and professional goals, no matter where you are on the social/corporate ladder. My internship this summer at CBRE may open doors that I would not have dreamed of without the scholarship...and I feel that this is just the beginning!” CREW Network Scholarship Endowment In 2009, CREW Atlanta became a Supporter Level donor of the CREW Network Scholarship Endowment. This Endowment was created to form a permanent fund to offer scholarships for the next generation of women leaders in commercial real estate. You CREW Atlanta cannot support these important initiatives without member participation that goes above and beyond membership dues. With the current economic crisis our country is suffering, your assistance is appreciated more than ever.
