"Enriching, fulfilling, beyond expectations" are a few of the adjectives used by past participants of the Leadership CREW Program. The 12-month Leadership CREW class examines issues affecting women's roles and their advancement in organizations. Each Leadership CREW program enables approximately 20 women improve their everyday lives by developing as individuals, professionals and leaders. The program includes monthly half-day or whole day leadership classes featuring speakers who are experts in their respective fields.

Qualifications/Selection
Eligibility for Leadership CREW includes:
- Membership in CREW-Atlanta,
- Involvement in CREW-Atlanta and other professional/civic activities,
- Evidence of leadership qualities and individual achievement,
- Nomination from a past Leadership CREW Class member
Leadership CREW 2008
CREW-Atlanta members interested in participating will be required to complete an application, which will be available September 1, 2007 for the 2008 program. Applications will be evaluated based on the program criteria, as outlined below. The class will include 20-25 CREW-Atlanta members comprised of a diverse group of individuals in background and experience. There will be nine sessions from January to November 2008 featuring topics that range from self-exploration to public speaking to leadership development. Sessions will be led by some of the most dynamic and fascinating women (and men) you'll ever meet - each one a renowned expert in their respective field.
