Leadership CREW

“If we're growing, we're always going to be out of our comfort zone,” says John Maxwell, renowned author and leadership coach.

So, if walking a tight wire 40 feet in the air or drumming up the courage to chase your biggest dream is out of your comfort zone, then the Leadership CREW-Atlanta Class of 2010 will be your place to flourish.

The curriculum lined up for the 2010 Class will be some of the best since the program’s inception in 2000.  Starting with an intense 2 days of self-discovery in January to the finalization of a personal strategic plan in October, Leadership CREW participants will examine issues and tap resources that will educate and elevate them to a new personal place.  At the heart of the 2010 Class is the focus on creating an individual 3 or 5-year strategic plan that captures the essence of three main areas --- professional, personal and civic.

Every other year, the Leadership CREW program provides an opportunity to enable a select group of 20 to 25 women to enrich their everyday lives through personal development as individuals, professionals and leaders.  The program includes monthly half-day or whole-day leadership classes, featuring speakers who are experts in their fields.

Benefits of Leadership CREW

As a Leadership CREW participant, you will be introduced to ideas, strategies and tools that help develop the leader within you.  While the program will focus on important business and personal skills such as strategic planning, change management, problem solving or team building, the close relationships that develop among classmates in the class are indeed priceless.
