Position Location: Atlanta or Dallas

Job Description:
The Senior Business Development Executive, working from either the Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX offices, will develop sales opportunities targeted towards high profile, high profit prospects. Candidates will be expected to meet or exceed all sales process standards; formally present complex property tax services to top level prospects; coordinate the preparation of intricate proposals; and, negotiate and secure contractually favorable opportunities. Must possess excellent communication skills and advanced sales skills with a history of high productivity within the state and local tax field.

Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and lead efforts of high visibility formal presentations.
•Act as lead negotiator; coordinate the preparation of intricate proposals while creating contractually favorable opportunities for MFP&Co.
•Finalize and assure the satisfactory pass-through of contract details to the enterprise.
•Identify prospects with high fee opportunities.
•Meet or exceed sales quotas as determined in sales plans.
•Formally present company complex property services products and services to top level prospects.
•Develop proposals that meet or exceed minimum enterprise sales standards.
•Negotiate fee arrangements that maximize and accelerate cash flow.
•Secure sale in timely fashion to ensure meeting jurisdictional deadlines.
•Secure the minimum data required by consultant to deliver agreed-upon service.
•Accurately communicate to the enterprise services contracted, client expectations and fee arrangements.
•Meet or exceed all sales process standards.

Degrees, Licenses, Designations: Bachelor's degree; Class C driver's license

Qualifications, Special Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related business area and a minimum of 7 years experience in increasingly complex assignments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Specific selling and/or consulting experience with complex real and personal property tax services.
•Consistently successful sales track record in terms of dollars sold.
•Demonstrated PC literacy in Microsoft Office suite of business applications with process-defined standards.
•Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex design documents.
•Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
•Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
•Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentation on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
•Ability to work quickly and accurately with general business math concepts.
•Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
•Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
•Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
•Must be able to legally operate an automobile.
•Legal Authorization to work in the United States.
