Position Location: Atlanta

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Capital Markets Group located in Atlanta. Our Capital Markets Group integrates real estate and corporate finance acumen with worldwide capital markets reach to serve the needs of owners and users of real estate across all product types. This group provides expertise and transactional skills in assignments involving investment sales of assets and portfolios, and other complex real estate based assignments. Responsibilities This individual will act as a regional transaction manager on a multi-site land disposition project.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: managing a network of local brokers, coordinating property information, facilitating negotiation discussions, tracking properties through the sales process, and producing/reviewing sales contracts.

Qualifications, Special Skills:
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have B.A./B.S. and an interest in real estate, with at least 2 years of related work experience. Strong financial/analytical skills, highly developed verbal and written communication skills, self-starter and team player, strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity and experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
